About
Our success is largely due to a very experienced staff that is dedicated to exemplary customer service. In 1985, we became pioneers in the travel industry, hosting our first independent travel consultants. Our owners traveled across the Midwest discovering small town, main-street businesses where it would be ideal to also offer travel services, along with their already established businesses. Many of those agents are still with us today, along with others that we have acquired all over the country.
We offer training and support to our independent agents and really make them a member of our team. Our history of long-term relationships with these agents as well as our home office agents speaks for itself; Travel Now is a great place to work!
When we joined forces with Travel Leaders as a franchise office in 2008, it only multiplied the reasons why our office succeeds. The high level of service and expertise from our seasoned travel agents is now backed by the power of a global leader in the industry. Now our agents are not only receiving destination and supplier training from our office, and our preferred suppliers, but also from all of the resources Travel Leaders has to offer.
